*Peer Mentor training. June 2nd 2026*

The Welsh School of Anaesthesia alongside the Professional Support Unit are offering free, formal mentorship training. This would enable you to become a recognised peer mentor supporting fellow resident anaesthetic trainees in Wales in their return to work.
The peer mentoring scheme is one of the Welsh School of Anaesthesia initiatives aiming to improve the support offered to trainees returning to work from prolonged leave for whatever reason.
