NEW- Stage 3 Checklist guidance document
Friday 6th February 2026
The School have produced a checklist guidance document to support residents in Stage 3 successfully completing all aspects listed on the Stage 3 checklist. The guidance details specific areas focussing on the mandatory requirements and the level of work and evidence that is required to achieve CCT. We hope this will add clarity on what ARCP panels are looking for when reviewing portfolios of evidence. Further support will be available from college tutors and educational supervisors within Health Boards. The guidance can also be accessed on the Stage 3 ARCP page alongside the Stage 3 checklist Stage 3 Checklist guidance

A short introductory video highlighting the benefits and need for such a tool is included here. The tool is not a mandatory requirement but we are signposting all residents who would like to give it a try.
