New Innovation and digital leadership opportunities

The MSc Leading Digital Transformation at the University of South Wales is a part-time, two-year programme designed specifically for professionals working across health and social care.
The course aims to develop the knowledge and leadership skills needed to lead digital transformation initiatives that improve patient care, service delivery, and organisational performance. This programme would be particularly valuable for clinicians interested in clinical leadership, digital health and innovation, artificial intelligence in healthcare, service redesign and quality improvement, medical management and future leadership roles.
There is a current offer for participants to undertake stand alone modules, all fully funded and therefore free until March 27. Each module is delivered online, with one half-day of teaching each week (approximately four hours), making it suitable for busy healthcare professionals. Sessions are recorded, allowing flexibility for those balancing clinical commitments
Programme modules include:
• Digital leadership and change management
• Design thinking and user-centred innovation
• Emerging digital technologies, including AI, automation, digital twins and low-code applications
• Leading teams through digital transformation
• A workplace-based digital transformation project that enables participants to apply their learning within their own organisation.
